	Specializing In In my practice I see individuals as well as families. Much of our pain and frustrations occured in our birth families. The healing also occurs in our families . We get married in the hopes of creating a new family that is better and happier than the one we grew up in. As an individual and family therapist, I am engaged in working with relationship and helping individuals and family members get their individual needs met. As a family therapist I am engaged in working with relationships and helping the members of the family get their individual needs met. In every relationship we bring who we are to our significant others. Therapy provides a safe context for exploring how we impact others and a place to examine our reactions to others.
